At Mars, talent and development are at the heart of the business. Those who are driven and eager to learn are welcomed with open arms. The many different internships that are offered are living proof of this thought process. And they are currently embodied by a flock of interns that recently arrived at Mars Belgium. They were all too happy to share their first impressions. How did they experience those first few weeks, and have they learned anything already? Let’s find out!
